Your medication order is prepared at Pharmacy Mall warehouse within 24 hours during working days (i.e. excluding Sunday, excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed from Monday to Friday between midnight and 6:00 AM will be delivered by the carrier the same day and any order placed from Monday to Thursday between 6:00 AM and midnight will be shipped the next day. All orders placed from Friday 6:00 AM to Sunday midnight will be dispatched the next working day.
Pharmacy Mall ensures delivery of orders throughout the United States and Canada, but also internationally.
Terms and delivery costs
The delivery service is provided by means of our express delivery, as well as DHL for international. Your package will be delivered on average within 48 to 72 business hours from Monday to Saturday to the address of your choice. Please note, the indicative delivery time abroad is 3-5 days.
The delivery costs vary depending on a delivery option chosen, a destination and a weight of an order. The delivery costs of the order will be indicated to a user before the final validation thereof. The delivery costs are indicated all taxes included. As part of a home delivery, delivery against signature is highly recommended in order to guarantee delivery of the package by hand.
For home delivery without signature, the package will be left in the mailbox if the format permits or given to your caretaker. Otherwise, a delivery notice is left in the mailbox, and the package is placed pending collection. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it. If your package is not picked up within this period, the package is returned to Pharmacy Mall’s logistics service. The costs of reshipping the package are borne by a customer.
So, Pharmacy Mall also offers you the possibility of having it delivered directly to the post office of your choice (without prior passage by your postman at home). You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS or email, with a withdrawal slip allowing you to come and pick it up at the post office within 10 working days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to sender.
Express home delivery
Your order is delivered within 24 hours from the delivery of the package to the carrier. The delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the order. The delivery costs of the order will be indicated to you before the final validation thereof.
All orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 6:00 AM will be delivered the next day, all orders placed from Thursday 6:01 AM to Friday 6:00 AM will be delivered on Monday, and all orders placed from Friday 6:01 AM. to Monday 6:00 AM will be delivered the following Tuesday. Express delivery is made while stocks last.
In case of absence, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox, and the package is placed pending withdrawal for a period of 10 days.
Express delivery for a specific date
Pharmacy Mall service allows you to have your parcel the day after the parcel is dispatched, from 1 PM in one of the 7,000 pickups you have chosen. You then have 8 days to collect it, provided with an identity document. The delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the order. The delivery costs of the order will be indicated to you before the final validation thereof.
Pick up at the counter

You can pick up your medication order directly on site at the pharmacy, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM. Simply choose ‘Pick up at the pharmacy’ as the delivery method during the order process; you don’t pay any additional fees and skip the line at the counter. You must then wait to receive an email informing you that your order is ready, once the preparation time has ended (on average 24 hours).
Once the email has been received, present to a pharmacist:
- Your order form;
- An identity document.
If it is a third person coming to collect the order, he must present his own identity document as well as that of the author of the order.
Upon payment of your order, Pharmacy Mall will send you a confirmation email and your order number. When your package leaves our premises, our specialists will notify you by email and tell you the reference of your package.

With Pharmacy Mall, your order is delivered to you from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 12 PM by hand or in a mailbox if the format allows, and against signature if you choose this option. If your package is absent or impossible to deliver (no security guard, letter box too small, etc.), your postman deposits a delivery notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your package upon presentation of an identity document. From the date mentioned on the calling card, you have 10 days to collect your package. After this time, it will be automatically returned to its sender.
Conditions of delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The time indicated are usual average times and correspond to the times of treatment and delivery. Pharmacy Mall cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In the event of items deliverable on different dates, taking into account their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. The Pharmacy reserves the right, however, to split deliveries. The participation in processing and shipping costs will only be invoiced for one shipment. In this case, an email will be sent to you. In case of absence of a customer or error in the wording of the delivery address making delivery impossible, it is up to a customer to agree on a new delivery with the carrier. The additional costs thus incurred will be borne by a patient.
Delivery can only be made directly to the patient’s home or direct withdrawal from the pharmacy.
The delivery must comply with the prescriptions of items. A pharmacist informs a patient that he must check the security features on the outer packaging during delivery to verify that the medicines received have not been tampered with.
Complaints in case of medication order
For delivery errors, that is to say in cases where the patient receives a product other than that ordered or a damaged product, reimbursement and reshipment methods by the patient are provided for. The product will be destroyed in accordance with current legislation. Any returned item (in the event of an error or defective packaging) cannot be returned to the sales circuit.
A pharmacist keeps documentation in the form of dematerialized invoices containing the following information for each transaction:
- transaction date
- drug name
- quantity supplied
- name and address of recipient
- drug lot number
- expiration date
A register of medicines dispensed on the Internet is open and made available to the authorities for this purpose.
If, upon delivery, the product:
- does not correspond to the order
- has faults
- is damaged,
a customer may assert a request for a refund or an exchange within 14 working days from the day after the day of delivery, provided that the product is in its original packaging and not used. The product and the request for exchange or refund must be sent, at the customer’s expense, together with a photocopy of the purchase invoice to the Pharmacy Mall’s address. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. The return costs will be reimbursed to you on request and on proof that you will attach to your exchange or refund request.
